High Desert Consulting
Clear strategy for organizations that need direction without the noise. High Desert Consulting is a studio of ElevenEleven Creative LLC — independent work, held by the parent.
How we help
Engagements stay focused. We work in plain language, document the decisions that matter, and leave you with next steps you can run without us in the room.
Strategy & planning
Clarify goals, map constraints, and build a practical roadmap your team can follow.
Operations clarity
Tighten how work moves — roles, rhythms, and decisions — so progress is visible.
Advisory sessions
Focused working sessions for founders and leaders who need a sharp outside view.
Steady counsel, local roots
Based in the Grand Valley, High Desert Consulting works with nonprofits, small businesses, and creative practices that need structure around growth, operations, or a hard decision. Here it's all about conversations, planning, and getting things moving.
